Parents Evening Booking

Spring 2026 Parents Evenings 

We are pleased to confirm the parents' evenings are on the following days for all year groups:  

Tuesday 17th March – 3.30-6.30pm 

Thursday 19th March – 3.30-6pm *

*Miss Jo’s meetings will start at 2.30pm

Meetings will take place in the following zones:

Library	Year 2 – Mrs Perrottet/Mrs Hossain
Imagination Studio	Reception - Miss Lyall Year 1 - Miss Jones/Miss Innes
Hall	Year 3 – Miss Billingham/Miss French Year 4 – Miss Gordon/Mrs Fayers Year 5 – Mrs Holding/ Miss Jo Year 6 – Mrs Fyfe/Mrs McGann

 

Parents’ evenings are timed to last for 10 minutes and therefore we request your understanding and support in ensuring that meetings finish promptly. If you have more than one child, please leave at least 10 minutes between appointments to avoid missing any appointment time.  

During the appointment, the teachers will be discussing what your child can do in reading, writing and maths and inform you of any next steps we are working on in school as well as behaviour and friendships in school. 

Once again, we will be using MCAS (MyChildAtSchool) for appointment bookings.

If you are not set up on MCAS, please notify the office and they will send you a link (links expire 24 hours after  

receipt, so prompt action is required).  

The booking system will go ‘live’ on Friday 27th February at 7.00pm when you will be able to book your appointments. The system will close on Friday 13th March at 4.00pm.

Our SENCO, Mrs Grisedale, will also be available on Thursday 19th March between 2pm and 6pm. These appointments will run for 15 minutes and are open to parents with children already identified as SEND. If when you come to book there are no appointments left, please let the office know and we will arrange further appointments.
